EVENT REPORT: KANSAS CITY

TEAM STANLEY RIDERS

SILVANO ALVES: was one of four riders to ride all three bulls this weekend. His perfect 3 for 3 was highlighted by a second consecutive third place finish in the event. The 225 points earned over the weekend moved Silvano up another eight spots to 9th in the PBR world standings with 570 points. This marks the first time since August of 2015 he’s been ranked inside the top 10. Silvano has earned points in all six events to start the season, and he remains the only rider to qualify and compete in the event championship round in those six BFTS tour stops.

JESS LOCKWOOD: went 0 for 1 this weekend and remains number 1 in the PBR world standings with 1,677.50 points, 395 points clear of second place. Jess was unable to compete in round two due to a deep thigh bruise sustained Saturday night. Dr. Freeman listed Jess as questionable for the upcoming event in Arlington yesterday afternoon.

MATT TRIPLETT: went 0 for 1 this weekend and slipped to 15th in the world standings with 412.50 points. Matt was unable to compete in round 2 due to a shoulder injury sustained Saturday night. He is probable for Arlington this upcoming weekend.
